RETIRED DEPUTY POLICE SUPERINTENDENT ANNOUNCES BID FOR NIAGARA FALLS, NEW YORK MAYOR
Niagara Falls, New York, January 16, 2023 --- After much thought and prayer Cain is announcing his candidacy for Mayor. Though he has enjoyed serving the city in the Police Department and retiring as Deputy Superintendent, he believes this is another opportunity to better serve Niagara Falls.
Cain experienced urban renewal and its’ displacement of residents in the Falls Street area. He knows the unpleasant conditions, economic and social, that these programs produce. · Reduce crime though community engagement with high-tech infrastructure
· Address safety concern of senior citizens
· Restore pride in Niagara Falls
· Boost economic development while sustaining community resilience.
Cain’s administration will show up and step up. They will be assessable and professional. Cain is going to work to increase access to quality jobs, housing, and a vibrant quality of life for all residents. As a leader with new ideas and realistic perspectives, Cain will ensure that progression with caution.
